Cambridge ESOL Exams

The Cambridge Certificates, valid as European certification of English language knowledge, are renowned throughout the world and are recognised by universities, companies and organisations operating in the education sector.

All exams with European level certification can be prepared at our schools.

International House is an authorised exam centre for the following certificates:

Young Learners (Starters/Movers/Flyers)
English language tests for 7 to 12 year olds; these exams are organised on three levels and the highest level (Flyers) corresponds to the KET Certificate.

KET ( Key English Test)
This is the first exam for adults of the Certifying Organisation and certifies knowledge of English at an elementary level.

PET (Preliminary English Test)
Certifies knowledge of English at  B1 level.

FCE (First Certificate in English)
Certifies knowledge of English at  B2 level.

CAE (Certificate in Advanced English)
Certifies knowledge of English at C1 level.

CPE (Certificate of Proficiency in English)
Certifies knowledge of English at C1 level.

TKT (Teaching Knowledge Test)
Professional level test for English teachers.

CELI and CIC exams of the University for Foreigners of Perugia

IH Milan is an authorised exam centre for CELI Certificato di Conoscenza della Lingua Italiana and CIC Certificato di Conoscenza dell'Italiano Commerciale certification, both valid as European Certification within the ALTE framework.

CELI has 5 levels starting from level A2 while CIC has 2 levels: CIC intermediate and CIC advanced.
