The Italian in the Kitchen course aims to teach students how to prepare some typical Italian dishes, giving them some traditional recipes to try out again back home!
The course offers the possibility of practising Italian, with special emphasis on the vocabulary of recipes, cooking and the kitchen. The “chefs” will obviously taste everything they make!
Subjects include:
- Vocabulary of recipes and kitchen tools
- Introduction and practice of grammatical and lexical structures in real-life situations
- Reading texts and viewing authentic films on the preparation of dishes
- Traditions of Italian regional cooking
- Free practice of Italian in an informal situation
- Cookery lessons with our teacher, and cooking enthusiast
Course features:
- Course length: 2 weeks
- 15 lessons a week (1 lesson=45 min)
- Monday to Friday, 14.30-16.45
- Class size: min 5, max 10 students
- Minimum level required: Elementary A2
